Do you know what is involved in getting SEC approval for the new OTC:BB stock rules?

My apologies for the long delay in answering this question.

Since the proposed rules don't seem to fall in the category of routine administrative changes (which could be approved by SEC without further procedural steps), the usual next step would be for the rule changes to be announced by SEC who would also issue a request for comments.
