So yes Wonk, there was pumping. Like when you talk your kid up after a sensational play at the ballpark. I think saying that Jack Uselton says it has a book value over $4 a share, is a little bit more than just saying "Tommy, good hit." When you get to be an adult and you are saying things that affect the perceived value of other people's investments, then you have a duty to at least not out right lie about what was said. Or are you saying that you would be willing to testify that Jack Uselton made that representation? If so, then at this point that sounds like the basis of a shareholder suit.
