To all: I agree with Bruce, one can make money in this kind of market. I almost jumped on AOl for a trade at 103 but just watched as it went to 108. There were so many small caps that had positive candlesticks too many to mention. A couple to mention: FLEXF, KATC, and KELL. Judy: MSCC may have found a bottom today and could begin a move up soon. I am watching for a possible trade. Chart on ORBI improving as we approach launch time. Bruce: been watching your MSPG; incredible movement. One could get caught in a rip if not careful. It is safer when the markets are moving up. So far so good.
Would liked to have seen more vol today on BARR, but I noticed the lack of sellers. Will see tomorrow. I know they are looking hard for an acquisition.

Looks like it will at least be a fun morning, not sure if it can all day as we could hit 9000 in the am, then does the sky fall in?

Seems like the S&P hitting an all time high (and contains all or nearly all of the DOW stocks) should say something for the "down trend" being about over. If the momentum keeps building it may forget to stop at 9000. The Nasdaq has gone 80 points in 3 days or 500+ dow points. MFs are still doing window dressing and do they want to miss a rally with cash on the sidelines and chance having to buy stocks at a higher price.

Should be an interesting day. Bears gave it a tough shot yesterday morning but lost the battle. Futures up 3.50 as I look (8:15 EST) and looking for a fairly positive open.

I am watching BBY today, esp if it gets over 36.5 as it pulled back on worries about tech sales, but if techs are running, "go figure". <G>
