Tomstocks,
In order for this company to be an attractive (reverse) merger candidate, it must be debt-free first. That's questionable, considering the legal trouble they went through last year.
I was unable to locate their current address.
Do you have their current contact info by any chance? I'd like to give them a call, and find out what the situation is (shares authorized, float, etc.)
