"Other people buy homes in the pristine country (THQ), knowing that a lot of buyers will not come looking. You don't really care, because after all, why would you want to move? You have a steady income, plenty of room to live, lovely furniture, and a rock solid foundation. The house has not been listed, so you really don't know what it might be worth.
