PKGP is a fully reporting SEC company. 47,000,000 is the total shares authorized. This can not be raised with out a share holder vote. PKGP just put out a PR stating that all over hanging debentures have been bought back and retired. The last 10q is the number of shares out. As I see it the $68,000,000.. lawsuit is the key to this new financing. PKGP holds all the cards here they settle or go to court and lose. Those of you thinking of selling for pennies take a long hard look at this debenture holder and this lawsuit. ROB
