My $0.02, 128 MB's should be the minimum in any new system especially if you're multitasking.

I'd go with 1 128 meg RAM stick and slower CPU, esp if it stays <= the cost of 2 64 meg sticks. (Also, didn't you want to keep many apps in RAM? If so, you'll want the densest possible sticks for when you upgrade.)

256 meg sticks are just hitting the market. Bet they're expensive, tho I have not checked.
