>>>As far as Bill Presentment is concerned the building blocks being put into place now and in the months ahead won't be revenue generators until some time in Fiscal 2000.

Understood...Pete also hit that issue on the last Q-call. No revs in that .32 for 1999. But I want to stress as they lay down these 'blocks' make sure they are targeting places where the eyeballs are. Intuit & Excite have both done a wonderful job of laying down blocks. I just hope CheckFree does not miss out on the web turf...as in their Quicken.com Site....come to terms with NetScape, Lycos, InfoSeek & Yahoo! somehow, some way which works for everybody.

Pete Kight's office called to advise that the date of the proposed get together with members of this thread at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida with himself and Jim Douglas, needs to be changed to the last weekend in August. Pete and Jim will be arriving on Friday, August 28th, either in the morning or early afternoon, and will depart depart sometime Saturday evening. Sometime during that time frame it is anticipated that Pete will conduct a special telephonic conference call with all other interested members of this thread to discuss Checkfree. Attendees can stay through the weekend, or longer if they wish to make a vacation out of it. Spouses and family members are invited to come too.

Attendees will be expected to pay for their transportation to the Miami airport and for hotel rooms at the Ocean Reef club where they will be staying. Fishing, boating, tennis will be available in one of the most beautiful little resort settings you will find anywhere. Brochures will be sent out in advance to those attending. I will arrange and pay for transportation to and from the Miami airport as well as all meals at the Ocean Reef club. Transportation around the Ocean Reef Club is usually by golf cart, although an auto can be rented by anyone wishing to sightsee in the Florida Keys.

I would think that the trip should be limited to a relatively small group of 10-20 thread members and their guests. Posters will get first priority, should there be a big demand for attendance. If you are interested, please contact me privately. I will shortly get back to those who have already done so.

I know that a trip to Florida is not the same in August as in February, but we are interested in more than just the weather. Now that we have gotten Pete Kight to commit to come, let's see how many of you will commit to making the trip now that it has become a reality.

As Tom Lindt once posted, where do you find a Company's CEO agreeing to come out and rub shoulders with a group of interested and almost fanatically dedicated non-professional investors who met through a mutual investment interest on an internet thread?

Please let me know as soon as possible, so I know if this project is going to fly and can make the appropriate arrangements.
