Michael: Point #1. I am not an investment banker, I am Qualcomm's largest institutional shareholder. Point #2. I am sorry that you consider this "TECH STUFF" to be a banal waste of time, but that is all I am prepared to contribute to this forum. It is neither my interest or my concern to instruct people when to buy any stock (or to even to opine on IF they should buy a stock). Point #3. My technical discussions are rooted in fact rather than opinion. I am comfortable discussing "facts" as I understand them and debating these issues with other informed participants. I see no value in proffering an opinion on near-term stock movements to the benefit of short-term traders. Point #4. I do not participate in any Forum to solicit business for my firm. Point #5. Please ditch the "CAPS", I am perfectly literate in lower case. GJP
