I'm stepping in mid-dance,, maybe --- but how do we figure 5-8 billion? Is it = # of cellphones (?) times FCC-mandated surcharge (?) times number of months in the year (?). And --- please don't beat me or whip me, or make me write bad checks --- who is the "competition," and what, fundamentally, are the differences in their technologies and approaches? (Where's the best place to read up on this nefarious location scheme?) TIA, .k1b0
