A test for bpi in cancer is a leading possibility. Two reasons.
1. Antiangiogenic effects
2. Many of these patients are neutropenic(low on neutrophils), bpi is kinda like a temporary replacement.

Note- the word "cancer" is a hot tamale to many investors. As is angiogenesis.
