Sterling has been rather quiet in M&A for over a year. They normally like to control technology strategic to their core competencies. This, coupled with the MSFT relationship should at least add value to ODIS from an asset play. I too doubled ~$5, and I think we have both a chance for price appreciation in '98-99, or a takeout. Sterling could sure help ODIS, similar to the CA/Jasmine market influence.
