Hello Frank. Happy Birthday. If this keeps up the market will give you well wishes also. Don't worry, we still have enough bears. The summer rally is underway and a cpl down days here and there will not stop that. Once we hit the 9000 number today the bears came out again. But the bulls will come out ahead this summer. Japan seems to be very willing now to restructure their banking system. They have engaged the help of our former S&L guy Bill Seidman. He just came back from Japan and is very optimistic.
