Settlement of legal action against Hymex Northern Abitibi Mining Corp NAI Shares issued 22,799,405 1998-06-29 close $0.38 Wednesday Jul 1 1998 Also Hymex Diamond Corp (HMD) Ms. Barbara O'Neill reports Further to news in Stockwatch on March 3, 1998, Hymex Diamond Corp. has paid to Northern Abitibi Mining $25,000 (U.S.) for the purpose of obtaining a further three month extension to the closing of the settlement of Northern Abitibi's legal action against Hymex and International Mining Co., S.A. In settlement of the legal claim, Northern Abitibi will receive 500,000 shares of Hymex and $250,000 (U.S.) cash as payment to purchase a loan receivable in that amount, payable with interest on closing.
