No offense Kurt but I believe all those posts qualify as hindsight. By the time of the first one there was already a lot of discussion going on about wether the deal made sense. But you do deserve credit for seeing that as early as anyone on the thread. As to Jay Taylor, it appears he was right. I wish I had listened to Jay on Johnson/Lett. I have repeatedly said that I feel like an ass for having bought into that nonsense. The voting trust on the J/L shares was a huge red flag that I ignored. Never Again. But if Jay Taylor was right about Jimmy John how do you feel about his endorsement of Naxos's current focus?
