An interesting contest:

pulver.com and ITXC Corp Sponsor Contest For IP Telephony Application
Developers

Prizes Include Opportunity to Showcase Products To Industry

MELVILLE, N.Y., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- pulver.com, Inc. and ITXC Corp.
announced today a contest designed to encourage the development of new
applications based on IP Telephony. Prizes will be awarded to innovators
in two categories: voice-enhanced computer applications and
no-computer-required ''black phone'' applications. The contest is
sponsored and prizes are donated by pulver.com, producer of the
Fall '98 Voice on the Net and other Voice on the Net conferences around
the world and ITXC Corp, the leading provider of wholesale IP telephony
services.

The winners in each category will be invited to demo their applications
to the industry in a special session at Fall '98 Voice On The Net
pulver.com in Washington, DC. They will also receive
free transportation to and free booth space at Spring '99 Voice on The
Net in order to give them a good chance to commercialize their
inventions or grow their businesses. ''During the past three years the
Internet Telephony Industry has grown at breakneck speed. The winners of
this contest will have an opportunity to help drive the industry in
1999.'' Said Jeff Pulver, president and CEO of pulver.com.''

Although inexpensive phone calls are very important to many people, they
are only the first public benefit of IP telephony,'' said Tom Evslin,
Chairman of ITXC Corp. ''Putting voice in digital form on the Internet
is enabling innovation in voice services that is simply not possible on
the proprietary, closed circuit switched network. We expect a flood of
new applications for those accessing the Internet with just an ordinary
telephone.'' Evslin also promised to introduce winners to venture
capitalists who may help them launch their innovations. He said that
ITXC is looking for new applications to offer at wholesale to its
service provider customers who will then offer them at retail to the
public.

Entries must include a working prototype of the new service.
Applications will be available shortly on pulver.com and
itxc.com. Entries are due by August 30, 1998 and the winners
will be announced at Fall '98 Voice on the Net in Washington, DC
September 14-17, 1998.

The difference is I never finished my investigation of that situation and as I told you in private I don't like to make a statement until all the facts are in. And in this case I didn't have all the facts yet, but you pushed. Why I don't know. And if somebody asks why not all info in, because it is a PR company not a public company and one is buying the company stock, not the PR firms stock so less attention is devoted to them since that is ultimately what will drive the stock, the company (well yes maybe the promoter for a month or two). Have a good one.
