- The list is growing - now up to 38 & over 250,000 shares. However, we'll gladly take any newcomers.

- I'm about to take our cause to the powers that be.

- If you feel that our cause is a worthy one: "Our group's goal is to force Vivus and CEO Leland to put themselves on the auction block for no less than $40 a share." Then please sign up.

Frostman - this is a one-two punch for the short sellers.

- 1st: you post the 13.7 mill short position

- 2nd: VVUS just announced FDA approval of its new plant.

- VLAD is on vacation in the hinterlands of Canada. He is cut off from the net. And will be back. Last nite, he called & asked me about FDA approval, and I told him no such event occurred. He's going to be happy with this news when he comes back.

Regards & Vivus to $30 today.
