I agree. Like the FTC has their Administrative Judges, the Patent and Trademark Office has their own Administrative Judges. At the PTO, these Judges are trained in the legal and, further, in the technical aspects of the case. However, the Fed. Circuit Judges are trained in the legal aspects. If one is to judge technology, then an entirely different court system should be set up with judges who understand the basic building blocks of technology.
