I am still out of touch and only have a few minutes of Internet time. I am tring to get to the 8 messages I need to respond to before being shutdown.

First, my apologies for not remembering who made the comment about ASYT but we were both on target relative to a stock buyback scenario by ASYT.

The original message was why ASYT with all its ready cash, low price, promising future, and good recent financials, hasn't initiated a stock repurchase program. My response was that their management was not as savvy as we would like it to be, was conservative to a flaw, but would eventually realize this was an approrpriate thing to do. As it turns out, they may have been extra sharp and very shrewd by waiting this long since the recent announcement of such a buyback program seems to coincide with what looks to be close to the absolute bottom for the stock. A nice chunk of shares (~15% if my figures are correct) seems to be targeted.

Andrew
