Ken, maybe I can help. Put in your scan an output phrase:
Output="symbols.lst"; Then you don't have to drag and drop the list. If you make any changes to the virtual file, like dragging and dropping a list into it, then you need to reboot again before downloading to update. In fact, any time you make any changes to the virtual directory (including renaming any subfiles), you need to reboot (sometimes my systems requires 2 reboots in a row). Why, I don't know. But my recommendation would be to try to get the scan list into the virtual file automatically at the time of the scan.

Ken- if you are using WOW- the virt files- may have updated - WOW still may show the previous date but the actual file should appear when you pull the chart.
