Perhaps it was an isolated instance, but believe me. You do not want to have problems with them. I went through 7 people over there just trying to close out my account.

I had notes on it, but it was last year and don't wish to look for them.

On a Monday, I spoke with someone and told them to send me a check. He said it would be in the overnight mail.

Tuesday, he was on vacation. A lady promised promised definitely Wednesday.

Wednesday, she was on vacation. The third guy said Thursday.

Thursday he was not available. Compliance started an argument with me and hung up.

3 more calls to 3 different compliance officers ....3 more hang-ups.

One call to the NFA, a call-back from LW on Friday--check on Monday---a call back from LW on Monday afternoon to ensure I was satisfied.

You don't want to go through the crap I went through.

<One thing I might reccommd to new traders is when they put on a trade.. Before that market CLOSES for the DAY, call back and confirm your numbers even if you closed it out and went flat..>

BTW, LW should offer to fax you a statement of confirmations each night.

Man and several other houses I use when I'm trading options or stocks do it. Anyway, as you said, these calls are taped.

I keep a log---everyone should---of the trade, the price, the trader, and the time to the minute. Any errors can be quickly resolved as long as you have that information in front of you.
