Kanakaris Gains Access To NISUS Author Base and Multi-Lingual and GIA
(R) Technology

MALIBU, Calif., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- NISUS Software Inc. announced today
that it is allowing Kanakaris Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KANA -
news) access to its established user base of authors, as well as its proprietary
multi-lingual and GIA (R) technology as
part of a strategic alliance. Kanakaris will receive assistance from NISUS in expanding
its NetBooks.com web site and related product line.

NISUS has an established user base of authors, professors and published professional
writers in the U.S., Japan and other countries. NISUS has a leading Macintosh platform
word processor for
professional writers and many books have been written in NISUS Writer. NISUS will
allow Kanakaris access to this user base to foster relationships on the NetBooks.com
web site.

NISUS has a loyal user group hosted by Dartmouth University made up of
approximately 600 active users. NISUS will help introduce the Kanakaris product
NetBooks to this user group.

NISUS has actively developed the Multilingual capabilities of its word processor.
NISUSWriter 5.1 (and the appropriate Apple Language Kit where necessary) allow the
processing of text in Spanish,
Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean and Persian. NISUS will help
Kanakaris provide Multilingual options for NetBooks. Initially, NISUS will assist with
the translation of
NetBooks titles into Spanish and Japanese.

NISUS product users include Stanford University, MasterCard International, the United
Nations NGO Women's Forum and many more universities, schools and institutions.
NISUS will assist
Kanakaris in presenting the NetBooks product to California schools and, in through its
contacts, United Nations member country educational programs.

NISUS will license its GIA (R) technology and Sherlock search engine to Kanakaris
which will enhance the ability of NetBooks for large data access, catalogs, information
navigation and management. GIA technology (US Patent#5,544,360; Japanese patents
pending) together with the Sherlock search engine provides support of electronic
catalogs through graphic and URL management tools used in preparing web pages. The
products run on Windows NT servers.

NISUS will grant Kanakaris an exclusive license for on-line books of its THM
technology for on-line learning and testing for schools and large business. THM, ''The
Homework Machine'', provides an interactive internet experience allowing the
generation of homework problems and
detailed tutorial solutions. It allows anyone, using a browser and the Internet, to access
problems and solutions in areas such as Math, Science, Language, Mechanics, and
others.

It is time to watch NASDAQ stocks closely. There will be a market correction shortly and I wouldn't want to be long on a lot of stocks.

I went short on AMZN yesterday and looks like that may pay off.(Although, I am away from the AMZN stock quote right now.)

I think market will reverse today and a lot of these stocks, like AMZN will drop. May be a good time to short internet stocks!!!

TM, you and I both touted PEAFF's NetMagnet. I haven't had a chance to look at the SpeedLane Internet Optimizer yet. Any thoughts on which is better?
