I tend to agree with the out-sourcing idea. I know a lot of large companies outsourcing their reservations, accounting, inventory etc.. systems/applications, and I know a lot of smaller companies implementing their own Intranets which need only a proxy server, web site, few routers at the locations and setting up the IP addresses and domains. I am sure they have a better explanation and plan to what they can offer their prospects, in terms of products and services that can not be implemented by companies themselves, or can be done better/cheaper by FNTN .
