I liked the way you broke down the news..

Most of it was quite good. Appreciate your point of defining what business they are in. If gypsum can be acquired elseware for the short term, can always enter this business later without risk of losing market share (of which they have none).

The areas of concern to me is financing. Both payment for technology and new finacing may come from equity. At these prices it would be dilutive. IMO good PR on the potential revenue could increase the stock price and minimize dillution (all done prior to repaying debt with shares) and acquiring new financing.

Maybe it is time for a well conected IR firm to assist.
