Finally got the fax from IHTL. Here's some info: OS 15,704,884 Float 6,124,115 CEO said a lot of activity with Biocam and more news releases are coming. Also commented that 3000 share sell on the open was cancelled and was a short trick to entice sellers. Seems like an upfront, no nonsense guy. He is very optimistic on the future of this company with Nasdaq listing on his mind. i.e. "We won't have to worry about these guys when we are Nasdaq" He also mentioned they were working on financials to become a reporting company as the first step to Nasdaq listing.
