i am interested in the regulations concerning insider holdings and insider trading with OTC:BB stocks. Contacted OTCCU@nasd.com but got no feedback until today.
Does anyone know about?

Transfer agents are under no obligation to speak to shareholders. It is my opinion that they should NOT speak to shareholders. There are working for a company which has the right to release information in an appropriate setting.
