This deal is more of a positive than a negative. It is less dilutive than another stock offering. The conversion price is set 35% percent above the current market price. Plus it shows banks are willing to invest there own money in this stock. They must think that GMGC is credit worthy and can execute there business plan and that the stock is going to go somewhere. Of course, that is just my take on it. I'm sure if you stay tuned you will hear others. Terry
