I'am thinking of buying some year-end calls (Nov-Dec) for the OS sector because I'am bullish on 4th qtr prospects for oil and OS. I think it will be mostly flat to down thru the summer as the market checks OPEC compliance. Given this outlook, would you typically buy the next in-the-money call (5 to 10% out of the money)? I thought I would put in limit orders below the bid and wait for weakness.
