Could you clarify what you mean by the last 2 lines of your post? I think a word or 2 fell out if the sentences.

I think part of the delay in announcing the restated Q1 numbers was due to the negotiations with the lenders. Informix needed to be assured they could get the lower targets before they agreed to restate. Now the part of the $6m that will be put into Q2 helps them meet the Q2 goals.

They could always report 0.04 and then adjust it downwards a month later ;)
