Marc,

In response to your question:
"In other words, 3) Countdown doesn't actually start after the Intersection occurs. The 13 day "Countdown" can be any part of the entire sequential, I assume. For example, for WDC, which I calculate as having achieved an Intersection yesterday, we are using previous days as counting towards the Countdown, as well."

The 13 day countdown can only begin on or after the intersection. No part of the setup is used as part of the countdown.
Also, whereas setup days must be consecutive, countdown days are counted as they occur and don't have to be consecutive.

Marc,

No, as torro said, the countdown starts AFTER the setup & intersection .
However, DeMark has created an indicator called the TD Combo which actually does what you describe above -- it counts countdown days that occur during the setup as well. There are a few other twists as well. I haven't followed TD Combo yet but I've been planning to when I get the time to program it in! I'll try to give an explanation of it if anyone is interested and when I get the time.
