I sent them an "email" this morning regarding the recent delays/lockouts for electronic trading. I received a prompt response (and apology) stating they are having troubles with their servers.

One other item I suggested they look at is the recent changes to the initial screen, it may seem like a minor item but it is an unnecessary irritation to have to scroll down to select the option to conduct a trade.

BTW...I was able to finally connect last night and place the order for the "penny" stock...I verified it filled this morning..so they do do it.

it seems to me that it's almost always pathetic...i have to call my local office to make roughly half of my trades...at least they give me the webbroker discount, but it's still a pain
