I think that the reason for the AVIA plunge was because the rumor about the 6 for 1 deal got out, causing people to short 1 AVIA and buy 6 POKR until the price difference was eliminated. Since POKR is a more active stock, the effect was to drop AVIA instead of raising POKR. Also, the dropping of AVIA probably caused additional selling of POKR. Yesterday, the 6 for 1 level was achieved, so the bottom should have been reached. From today's news, it seems relatively certain that the 6 for 1 thing was a false or no longer applicable rumor. Also, from a recent PR there are 12 Mil diluted outstanding shares of POKR, and the deal is for $12 Mil, therefore, POKR should trade up to $1 by the time the deal closes, independant of the price movement of AVIA.
