Hi, Keith and Alex. You are both welcome, and I am happy that my missive was so appreciated. Like everyone else, I love to be loved!

Keith, I was not aware that EGD's deal with ELD had provisions for financing the investment in a plant. Although I would expect more options to be issued, such that fully diluted shares might hit, say, 19M by the time the property goes into production, let's assume it stays at 17.5M fully diluted.

The 3M ozs at $100 would result in a share price of C$12.50. Very nice.

The 20M ozs at $75 per oz in-ground would give a share price of more than C$57, assuming a 3% part of EGD's 49% portion would be paid to ELD for plant investment repayment. Even nicer!

Cheers!

Steve
