Here is your paste.

1. First Press Release will describe Initial $4 million committed
by an Israeli investment firm for the purchase of Skynet and USO
(but will not disclose the names of Companies to be acquired).
Additional funding will follow based on performance of Richard
Atomare and management team and initial acquisition which will
be SkyNet.

2. Second Press Release will be as follows:

The acquisition of SkyWorld International Couriers, Inc. (SkyNet),
the US Hub for, and the major link in, the largest independent
courier service in the world, is a major accomplishment for
Richard Altomare, Chairman of PKGP. SkyNet is also affiliated
with SkyBox Services Corporation (www.skyusa.com), a major
player (49%) with Mail Boxes Etc. (www.mbe.com) in Global
Mail Box Express, LLC (www.gmbe.com) and is the major player
in the "Your US address" business for South America, Central
America and the Caribbean. The combination of PKGP's division
APAC (www.useAPAC.com) and SkyNet (SkyNetMia.com), with
its experienced and talented management team, is a sure winner
and insures rapid and continued appreciation of PKGP shares.
What packaging center would not want to be an APAC member
now that it is affiliated with SkyNet, its worldwide locations, and
international contacts and services. APAC membership should
increase rapidly to 5,000 during 1998 and up to 15,000 within the
next two years. SkyNet's net income will also increase materially
now that it has obtained needed working capital for expansion as a
result of PKGP's takeover, and the potential to be fed profitable
overseas business from APAC members.

In addition to acquiring a profitable business, PKGP picks up
Abert P. Hernandez and his seasoned international management
team. Hernandez started with nothing and built SkyNet into the 60th
fastest growing hispanic business in the US. He will obviously
take over as COO of PKGP and APAC and add substantial
credibility to the new Business Plan.

The next step is for PKGP to get listed on NASDAQ. SkyNet
brings the earnings, but not the asset base. Rumor has it that
Altomare has found the perfect candidate to acquire and reverse
merge into. A letter of intent appears to have already been signed
and a closing date will be set shortly. Additional acquisitions are
being searched for by a team of ten law firms. It appears financing
is no longer a problem for PKGP. PKGP could be a big winner in
the penny stock arena.

#. The third release will deal with the acquisition of USO, a NY
Stock exchange company, about to be delisted. With the SkyNet
earnings and the USO asset base, PKGP will qualify for
NASDAQ.

We will see $1.00 soon..

That was a 10,000 share sell that dropped the price after several 100,000 share buys... They are just setting the nails in their coffins...
Did anyone see that last 500,000 + share buy? and the ask stayed the same and then dropped... Jeff
