He also said Adtran, Fore and Pairgain are all going to have to consider being acquired in the future. He failed to say Pair had mentioned they we willing to talk with suitors when he shot them down.

I thought the analyst on CNBC said PAIR had stated the company will NOT be acquired...

"wait on Pairgain". Don't wait too long or you'll miss the
regular run up just before earnings. It's a short week next week.
(bad for shorts too) PAIR will test 20 before July 13.
