Well, at least the conv-prefs are less than 10% of market cap today. Mebbe they will not have enough leverage. OTOH, mebbe it is not the intent of the conv-pref holders to drive down the stock but simply to have some ability to "follow" it down if it goes down on its own. Still, I don't like any convertible preferred where there is not a firm limit on the conversion price or the number of shares able to be converted, and I would have thought that GMGC could do better.
