Press Release re Award to Nortel of Contrack to build HFC telephone network in Chile arris-i.com This press release of 12/2/96 shows that Nortel has actual experience in building a hybrid fiber coax telephone network. Has Cisco ever built an HFC telephone network? Has Lucent ever built an HFC telephone network?

I've never been able to continue a good relationship with any employees that left to go in business against me. I belive Mr.House should have been upset. The main point for us stockholders is the the options go to EMPLOYES who earn them by increasing the value of Bay. I'm sure that any vested options were given to the employees. I have asked through the contacts I have and most have not heard of this except from this message. Looks like a short rumor. Good Trading, Luther
