Lucky lady,
Prior to the recent merger deal, TMM held no patents. My understanding from Tom is that will with the new merger but I have not seen that in writing or in a release from the company.

Lucky Lady, Looks like Larry is current on the patent situation. As far as we could tell, there were never any patents actually FILED on the fractal technology by anyone at TMM. Don't know why unless it was just a loose end that never got taken care of. I don't think anyone realized at that time how ruthless it would become later and how important the patents could be.

As for the lawsuits, Tom is working on the Jackson suit. The deal there was that he sold shares into the market (probably at around a dollar) while we were all out here buying them. He was supposed to have turned them in when all the shares were rolled back inside the company. Something like 5 million of them. Would that make you mad? <g> ouch!!!

Tom has sworn to get the bad guys when he can. He has used terms such as "dog meat" to describe the condition of those that ripped us off when he gets the money to do it. My list has Mr. Jackson at the top, followed closely by some boys at Altamira. They know who they are.

Now Tom says we are talking to Iterated. I would also like to include them on the list if they don't treat us fairly.

There were those who said the technology wasn't there, that it was just an illusion. Today MCI knows it is real. They use it all the time. Altamira is doing very well with it. And, hey, do you use Real Audio on your computer? Real Video? Almost everyone does as it is pretty much the defacto plug-in. Guess where the video came from. Iterated, it's good old Fractal video squeezed over the net. Looks like it worked out just fine. TMM got left out. It's sad but it's the facts!
