Mike no one could have discovered what DF was going to do ... I tracked it as best I could. He is caught. Pierce these very people you have a problem with are the ones taking care of it. I do not see a problem but if you do then I understand. Blame me not them I am the one that brought this stock to you. I am the one that is doing the constant tracking and DD. I am the one dealing with the naysayers. I am the one that made or cost you money because of your trust in me. Not the board, the shell who owns it or potential or anything else ME MIKE ME .. not the respected gentlemen on the board. They got due diligence packages, CPA financials, and articles of merger on Midland like anyother deal. IF at anytime it is discovered there may be a falsehood these very people cut it out like a cancer. they are pursuing the affiliates too. But they have to put out what they are doing to keep the shareholders aware and when there is news the company HAS to put it out or dissemenate the news to shareholders. But your problem and anger is with me not these people ... they are doing what they have to do to get the best deal possible. That is why there is always deals on the table. Better than just sitting and waiting not know if anything will come in. Like a lot of shells. GB
