To all and especially to the individual posting under the false identity:
Auric Goldfinger. As I'm sure you're aware, the deliberate distribution of false information about a public company by a representative of a securities firm, is a violation of SEC and NASD rules. You state that you and yours are short $1 million dollars of AENG stock, so you must work for a securities firm and fall under the regulation of the SEC and the NASD. We all know it's a violation for an individual to short a bulletin board stock, so you must work for a securities firm making a market in this security.

I want to be very clear on this............The individual posting under the false identity of, "Auric Goldfinger," is clearly violating the NASD and SEC rules governing its member firms. Being part of a member firm and withholding the information I'm about to ask, is also a clear violation. Auric, what is your real name and what securities firm do you work for? Since the SEC is watching this BB and you won't answer the above questions, for future reference, I want it to be known that you were asked these question and refused to answer.

Auric, do you understand the rules pertaining to your firm's correspondence file and the SEC's requirement to fully disclose this information? What would happen if I called the SEC and requested them to look into your post stating you and yours are short $1 million dollars of AENG stock? This is clear evidence that you're part of a member firm. I wonder how difficult it would be for the SEC or NASD to make a case that one of theirs is violating their correspondence rules and posting inaccurate garbage in a public forum for the sole purpose of profiting on the short side? How difficult would it be for them to locate your identity and penalize you and yours? IMO, revocation of license and/or a significant fine are possible. There's a real need to pursue this even though you've been beaten at your own game.

On a lighter note and just FYI, I expect one of two things to occur in the coming months. (1)There will be massive defections from the dark side to the pro AENG side (all are welcome and no "I told you so" from me).....or (2)it will be clearly revealed just how foolish some of the recent negative contributors are. There's a lot of wisdom in Mr. Finn's two posts. You should go back and read them again and this time do your best to avoid the usual skepticism soooo prevalent on this BB. These are the statements of an industry man trying to politely tell you how foolish some of the negative posts are on this BB. Maybe he wasn't polite enough for some of the dainty fingers, but there was an obvious effort. Try your best to throw out all the garbage that Auric has added to your mind. The simple fact is, the OX2 is the real thing and it's only a matter of time until its superiority is well known.

Does AENG deserve its current market cap? IMO, EASILY!

I must admit to the sin of inaccurate assumption. I referred to Lonnie as "he" not she. She says I'm wrong, and I apologize. In my own defense and for the record, I must state.........I have (and had) no intimate knowledge of Lonnie's anatomy. ;-)

Best of Luck, Greg

PS. The above is only my opinion.
