12:23 ET Blasts From the Past: 7th Level (SEVL 4 15/16 +7/8, +22%)... K-tel (KTEL 14 5/8 +1 1/4)... Siebert Financial (SIEB 10 3/4 +1 3/8, +15%). Only one with news is SIEB, which paid its quarterly dividend today of $0.03, compared to $0.0225 in the previous qtr.

Doesn't look like it's gonna happen...3-4 MM's sitting on the Ask, keeping it at 4 15/16 or lower. Volume just isn't there..
