None of these guys seem very articulate. I watched Greenspan on TV when I was travelling a couple of weeks ago. He was articulate, but I've never heard anybody talk that long without drawing some kind of conclusion. Apparently his job is simply to be some kind of detached observer and simply report what he sees without forming an opinion. Having watched him on TV makes me wonder where he even got the gumption to say the phrase "irrational exhuberance."
