I would agree with your positive take on the news. The issue out there is will these investors try and push the stock down so that there entry point (135% of stock close price) is lower. They are long term bulls or they wouldn't be in stock deal, but may want a short term decline to lower there entry point. One would think that gmgc would do deal with reputable investors looking long term and wanting stock to run up strong hard and fast once they get in. With the annual meeting today (after close) I think we will hear some strong news and see a nice pop in morning. I am long and looking forward to nice run.
