Well that is correct
When the float available is small two things can happen.Either moves too fast with a big spread or the MM are sort and trading among them selfs to keep the price down.Neither one is happening right now because nobody is buying or selling.However when I got in AWLT I had notice that it took a lot of volume to move the price on this stock.It would take 5 or even 10 buys before the price would move a penny.That probably means that the MM are sort.

These numbers don't sound quite right -- has the company confirmed the float? What is the story with their 504? Maybe if I ask often enough sooner or later someone will come up with an answer. Hey Matt, are you still lurking around? How many 504's have you done...rumor (unconfirmed) says 2 or more... with a discount, to raise a million, at the share prices in the last 2 years.... would have to be greater than 5 million in the float...
