Noticed this stock was listed as one of the "Best 50 Stocks" per one of the Microsoft Investor writers.

PE ratio seems cheap.

Heard they where going to increase production big time next year when new factory comes online.

Own PAP. Thinking with the new factory, the fact they are they most cost effective producer of paper and cardboard boxes, the cheap stock price relative to the market, and all the goods being shipped with the Yen so low, they got to be making money.

Anything I'm missing? Why is this stock down, looks like the market through the baby out with the bath water.

The one analyst I saw with an estimate had .25 --> that's probably why stock was down. Nevertheless, Asia certainly has a number of interesting value plays and this may be one of them. Any info on dividend history --> timely payouts, increasing, etc.?
