According to Nina, they are having a call July 9.

YIPEEEEEEE, we got the approval.
OK, that was fun.

What is, what is?
OK, I don't want to rain on any parades, but lets be honest, it should not be a big deal. This was expected, but I agree, its nice to have out of the way. I wouldn't expect much in the way of stock price. I like what we are seeing, but I wouldn't be buying the 10 calls just yet.

I am very curious about the July 9 call. I wouldn't be surprised if we miss estimates again for Q2. However, if we do I don't think it will be a big event. Everyone is expecting a loss, and most are probably expecting VVUS to miss their numbers. I hope they have something for us, otherwise I will be sad.

That's all for now,
Colby

P.S. I support the majority of the medical professionals, just not the ones I don't support. (GGG) <----I always though of that as "Giggle, giggle, giggle. Oh, so many interpretations!

Beware of IBES earnings date projections. For some companies, they can report on the "third tuesday after quarter end" for instance. But for others with "unusual" events (like disastrous quarters, production facility changes, etc.) these dates are often in flux depending on when the books are analyzed and the board meets. Calling the company is always best.
