the rumors that caused all of this were that we intervened again with Japan

but CNBC saying something about a clerical error that caused the stops to be triggered and the market to sell off and we didnt intervene....

Don't mean this in any negative way...how on earth do you know it was program selling? What clues do you see that indicate that...
