My opinion differs from you

No way was that just losing momentum
it was too sharp and too fast

maybe it was a clerical error

or
rumor

and when rumors flood the market
you see this kind of thing happen

like if Rubin makes some comment and when it comes out
the market tanks like a rock...saw that happen one afternoon when he was speaking on TV

and false rumors can move it too

Saw it happen with Gateway when people were on an airplane and couldnt respond until the next day
and it is rumored it was the shorts who spread the false rumor

oh yeah...that happens

now lets see if it bounces back to the highs

IF it doesnt bounce back this was enough to shake people and make them think

and you can say it would be losing momentum because they dont want back in...

I just happen to believe that rumors do move the market

but then I also believe the market can be manipulated by the bigwigs...and you see that with the fines that some of these houses get...even on index options

but the real reason we dropped this time is because Fred got stopped out of short position...

Bill Gates will be on CNBC this afternoon
