The waivers granted under Reagan and Bush are different for a number of reasons which have previously been posted on this thread, most notably the move from State and Defense to Commerce. As for the connection with donations, as has been posted ad nauseum your FEC post is irrelevant. The issue is whether higher ups at the companies donated to Clinton or the DNC as did Mr. Schwartz. it has nothing to do with PACS which is the data you supplied. You have stated the launches are not connected with donations but you have not proved that executive personnel at Hughes, etc. did not give donations. It was your statement and you ought to be able to back it up. Obviously you can't. You should take your own advice. Put up or shut up. JLA
