The dumping in QCOM is probably in reaction to this.

08:51 ET Spectrian Corp (SPCT) 16: Supplier of high power power amplifiers to the
wireless communications industry said it expects to report a Q1 loss of $0.40 to $0.50 a
share, on revenues of $28-$30 mln. Analysts were expecting a loss of $0.29 a share vs a
yr-ago profit of $0.68. As we have stated numerous times on this page, suppliers of
products to the wireless communications market are in a death spiral. With Asia in
turmoil, revenue growth has hit a wall. And until companies begin to make the necessary
workforce reductions and expense cuts, earnings will be virtually nonexistent. However,
given that SPCT already trading 83% off its 52-week high, stock not likely to be crushed
by news.

SPECTRIAN CORP (SPCT) 16: Supplier of equipment to wireless telecommunications
industry warns that it will lose $0.40 to $50 a share in the first fiscal quarter (Jun), and that
revenue will be down about 37% from year ago levels. Expectations were for the company to
lose between $02.5 and $0.30 a share. This one time high flying stock went over $66 back in
late October, but has had problems ever since due to the Asian recession. Asia had been the
growth portion of the cellular industry but has now fallen flat. It appears that a lot of investors are
still underestimating just how severe Asia's problems are. SPCT says it is continuing cost
reductions and manufacturing efficiencies, but the future of the company depends to a
significant degree on a rebound in Asian economies that increases consumer spending. That
is an uncertain prospect at best.

Clint,

Good call on ITWO. Whoever was controlling the stock did a good job.
